Grape Varieties: 75% Sémillon, 15% Muscadelle, 10% Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes: Complex and intense wine with preserved fruits and orange peel aromas, mixed with hints of vanilla, toasted chocolate and honey. Very long finish on the palate.

Service Suggestions: Serve it chilled at 10 and 12°C. Carafe if possible a hour before the tasting to allow the aromas to open up. Pair it with foie gras, fruity desserts (fresh salad, fruit tart) or blue cheeses.
