Long-time Hong Kong resident Jean-Yves Chatté and his wife Marie Christine propose a selection of French delights, including home made traditional French dishes, foie gras, premium cheese from cheese master Eric Lefebvre, saucissons, charcuterie, chocolate, biscuits, jams and many more.

The French Gourmet shop “Monsieur CHATTÉ” is the first retail outlet of the kind opened in Hong Kong, in May 2008.

The Chattés are basing their latest venture on the foundation of Jean-Yves’s 30 years of experience in the wine industry, coupled with his family string of Gourmet Food stores in France, since 1949.

All products and ingredients are selected in France and imported directly by the Chattés, with a focus on quality at affordable prices.

The home made dishes are prepared here, in Hong Kong, in their state of the art kitchen, including the acclaimed “foie gras terrine”, based on a recipe formulated by Jean-Yves’ father in 1956.
