A bone-dry Premier Cru Champagne exclusively for Champagne connoisseurs. As it Extra-Brut, no sugar is added during the process of this champagne production. This kind of champagne are purer and more mineral on the palate.
Grape Varieties: 50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes: This very dry Champagne is elegant and yeasty with a lovely mousse and afine, tapering finish. Mineral with some hints of chalk and iodium, this champagne is great for a proper tasting. Hard to beat under.
Service Suggetions: Aperitif bubbly for champagne connoisseurs makes also good balance to spicy dishes. Gilles Dumangin specifically recommends it for tasting with Thai food. Service temperature at 10°C (15 mins out of 4°C fridge).
